Out for Business is proud to have a strong tradition of close relationships with the world's leading companies.

Every year, we create networking opportunities for current students, alumni, and professionals. From coffee chats and happy hours to speaker series events, Out for Business partners with select firms interested in attracting and retaining the very best LGBTQ+ talent. 

We also build specific communities to mentor students through the recruiting process. Every student has the option to join Career Recruiting pods with a dedicated 2Y mentor across both mature and enterprise industries such as Banking, Alternative Investments, Startups, Consulting, CPG, Marketing, Tech and more. 

We also actively participate in the Reaching Out MBA Conference (Fall of each year) and organize niche networking opportunities for industries such as real estate and health care.
