Wharton strongly believes that LGBTQ+ visibility is an important part of creating a diverse community of MBAs. To that end, O4B works hard to build and support its network of straight allies. Whether you're joining us at White Party or attending our ally-focused events, you'll quickly find yourself welcomed into a community that's as supportive as it is fun.
